Turning Point: Stalingrad

It's been over a month since my last post here - a busy time, so not much gaming going on. I picked up a copy of TP:S from ebay earlier this year; I'm reasonably enamoured of the area-impulse games that I've played (Breakout: Normandy, TP:S, and Monty's Gamble) and I have this fascination with Stalingrad. I played through the introductory scenario during May, familiarising myself with the mechanics once again, and seeing a Soviet victory. Time now to start the full game.

While I've got the rules pretty much nailed, the tactics are taking a little longer. My impressions from reading about TP:S are that the Germans are favoured; we'll see...
